Thank you for choosing PikaPlay. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders are handled and what you can expect when purchasing items that are not yet available for immediate shipment.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for shipment.
The estimated release or shipping date for each pre-order item will be displayed on the product page whenever possible.
Please note that release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer, supplier, or shipping delays.
2. Payment
Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated during checkout.
By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount.
3. Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be:

Shipped together once all items are available, or

Shipped separately, at our discretion.
If separate shipments are made, additional shipping charges will not be applied unless clearly stated at checkout.
4. Estimated Release Dates
Estimated release and shipping dates are provided for your convenience only.
These dates are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Customs processing.

Other unforeseen events.
PikaPlay is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
5. Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting contact@PikaPlay.shop.
After this period, your order may have entered processing or inventory allocation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If a cancellation is approved after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Product Changes
Manufacturers may occasionally change product packaging, artwork, accessories, or specifications before release.
Such changes are outside our control and do not automatically qualify the order for cancellation or a refund unless required by applicable law.
7. Delays
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the email address provided during checkout.
8. Availability
Submitting a pre-order reserves your place in our allocation but does not guarantee availability if the manufacturer or supplier reduces the quantity allocated to us.
In the event we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
